The app crashes after my videos and won't let me progress
Can't even use the app it crashes when I try to do anything (and it's a fresh download so it is up to date), deleting it. Mobile Website isn't much better which is why I downloaded the app.
I love the workouts un this app, but the 8 week program I'm in will not let me progress to the next video, I finish the class & the app shuts down, forcing me to do the same class 2 or 3 times before it will let me rate & proceed. Before this issue, the app often wouldn't open. Forcing me to uninstall & reinstall the app several times.. Sometimes it'll just shut down during the middle of a class, making me have to start all over because skipping also won't alow me to proceed to next class.
The app is slow not working.
The new update has made this app extremely slow and unusable. UI is unresponsive and crashes frequently while trying to navigate or play videos.
Haven't even been able to try the app. Each time I try to open it, its crashed before it even loads.
Great concept, but frequently crashes. The videos run well and the classes and content are good, but the app crashes often at end of class video and often crashes/fails to load on demand. It also doesn't consistently show/ save progress accurately. I'm currently working my way through a 2 week program and getting frustrated because the program doesn’t accurately report which portions I've completed
I used to enjoy the workouts in this app. Now suddenly my app crashes every time I attempt to open it. It's completely unusable. So disappointing!
I love these classes and ease of use WHEN the APP actually works. It loads forever and then kicks you back into the sign in section. I've looked for updates & I've uninstalled it and reloaded it. I have great internet connection. So sad Update: after "update" - still not working at all... Taking 20 minutes to load, abruptly stopping and so frustrating... 4/6: This app looks like it got an update. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, it worked this morning but now won't open again. So disappointed
Always crashes before I can even enter my username. I get this app free through my employer and it's unusable.
